someone rightly said .. its wen u are far away that u truly recognise wats dear to you and wats not..
it sound so funny.. that wen i was back in mauritius.. independence day was just a public holiday among others..were we had a day off to have some fun.. although i would be having fun with my little cousins fooling around.. and being a kid with them .. playing with the small falgs.. or doing drawings and face painting.. it remained nevertheless.. a day .. with no school :D:D


now being away in a foreign country .. in a way ties u back to your motherland..you really feel the belonging .. and u miss those days..
those days of school where you were given a flag.. and you would be cheering for you country .. 3 cheers for mauritius .. hip hip houray... lol

and you would go to school wearing pretty clothes... ek pa blier ti goblet ek lasiete plastik coz pou gagne coca ek gato dan lecol ..

those were days.. hhaa mo rapel lepok college p deboute dan laplaine Qec.. bizin ena 2-3 ki pou tombe san connaissance hihihi.. lol 2 foi mo ti parmi :P..

apres can college pou fini half day .. kass 1 pose cyber/caravane / rodeo / ou madelaine hahha .. those were days.. and i miss them so much ..

well its quite funny but it does bring a smile on ur face... coz u actually realise all those things more wen u away in a foreign country ..




this might seem a normal and insignficant thing but it attracted my attention.. out of the so many contacts i got on my contact list one msn ...

i mean wen friends talk of wow u come from AMuritus !!! i feel so proud abt my country ..not just coz its recognise for its high rate of tourists..
but ..its just we got so many chances .. we dont really recognise till we get to see others around us and really understance the chance n opportunity we got to be born in our Paradise Island..:)

i miss my beach .. mo coco ek lacreme coco.. ban couche de soleil.. lor 1 laplage ek dusable tiede lor to lipied ..c le paradis..
